ARBITRAGE / RULES MODES (Edit 25/10/2007)

IMPORTANT :

Il y a deux choix d'arbitrage pour les flottes VAC :

COMPLET AUTO + No Pen Cancel : Ce mode est à utiliser sans l'annulation des pens, sans recours devant le jury VAC. Le skipper demandant une annulation est disqualifié (DSQ).

COMPLET MANUEL : Sans recours devant le jury VAC.

Le créateur de la course choisit entre ces deux modes et les participants acceptent ces principes en s'inscrivant.

English:There are two rules modes on VAC fleets :

COMPLETE AUTO + No Pen Cancel : This mode is to be used without the pens cancellation without protest possibility. The skipper requiring a cancellation is disqualified (DSQ).

COMPLETE MANUEL : Without protest possibility.

The race creator chooses between these two modes and the participants accept these principles while being registered.

Décision du jury :
Badabeu ne s'est pas maintenu à l'écart et la pénalité attribuée par l'arbitre VSK est justifiée.
Badabeu est débouté de sa requete.
